Private session-
30 minutes- $45
40 minutes- $60
60 minutes- $80
Private yoga sessions offer personalized, one-on-one guidance tailored to your goals, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace.
2) Ages / Level
Women ages 12+ are welcome. Most classes are all-levels, with options and guidance provided. Flow-style classes do require a bit more stamina—feel free to reach out for help choosing the right class for you.
3) Locations
Starting summer 2026: all in person classes meet at DanceWorks Studio 2804 Touhy!
Zoom classes takes place wherever you would like!
Mommy and me yoga takes place in a safe and comfortable home in wrp.
4) What to bring
A yoga mat (limited mats available to borrow at the studio), a water bottle, and a willingness to let go, move, and center your mind in the present moment.
5) What to wear
Wear whatever feels most comfortable and allows for easy movement. Fitted or flexible clothing is best—such as workout pants, with or without an athletic skirt. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, but non-slip socks are always welcome.

Health & Wellness
Please no shoes in the studio
Please attend in-person classes only if you are feeling well. This applies to both students and hosts—we want to keep our yoga community healthy and support one another with care.
Waiver Requirement
All students are required to sign a waiver prior to participating in any class.
Makeup Classes & Credits
- Join any other class I’m offering during your enrollment period
- Receive a Zoom recording from a previous class
- Apply a credit toward a future series (up to 2 classes maximum)
- To be eligible for a future series credit, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you will be missing class.
- If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a makeup option is still available while you are enrolled, but future credit will not be applied.
Respect & Confidentiality
Please respect the privacy of your fellow classmates. Anything shared within our space should remain confidential and not be discussed outside of class.
