I’ve really enjoyed Hally's classes. They have a soothing quality that I appreciate, and I always leave feeling more connected to both my body and myself. I particularly love the way she connects her practice to Torah wisdom in each class, and also adjusts the intensity level and flow, depending on student requests.

When my mom needed support during a difficult time, she stepped in with one-on-one gentle chair yoga sessions and was endlessly accommodating, flexible, and professional throughout.
